Boots

I absolutely love boots! Friendly customer service and great variety of goods. The team at the pharmacy are amazing too!

It's ok but will never be a first choice. You generally get want you came for but obviously everything is overpriced and trying to get service from staff is like trying to find biscuits in an orphanage.

Paula the No. 7 consultant in particular is always friendly and treats each customer with patience, humour and excellent advice. However, mire staff neede.

The staff were helpful, but unfortunately, with BS information. I was looking for a perfume that Boots had on their website. I went to the Bridgend branch to see if they had the perfume I was looking for instock locally. They advised that they were too small to stock it but assured me Llantrisant would. After a long drive through 23rd December Xmas shopping traffic, I got to Llantrisant only to find they also did not have it!
If you are going to send a customer to another branch, please check your information before dispensing it. (No Pun intended)
