Boots

Excellent service by very friendly, helpful staff. The pharmacist went to great pains to ensure that I was familiar with my medication and explained how I should take new tablets on my prescription.
At times there can be a bit of a wait to be served but the staff are doing their best, working hard to get things picked and checked for accuracy. Overall they do a really good job.

My only disappointment with this store is that it is very tight to go down the far aisle to the perfume display cabinets and round to the tills when supporting someone in a wheelchair. There isn't much turning space to return the way you came by the perfume cabinets. The store assistants both days I visited were polite and assisted my purchases.

Always get the feeling I'm an inconvenience when collecting /ordering repeat prescriptions. You can have them when they want to give them to you, rather than when you need them. Had to change various personal arrangements to make sure I can get to Boots to collect prescriptions.

I haven't used boots in months due to the incredible amount of tax they don't pay... however today I needed something.
'Pharmaceutical' or 'pill pushing' staff was rude, attempted to incriminate my behaviour and attitude towards him when I questioned why I needed a consultation... so- I'm going to only use local lakeside again now

The one or two knowledgeable/ friendly staff are outweighed by rude burned out ones. Customers can feel the tension from the other side of the counter. Please leave plenty of time for your visit by you will need it. Alternatively if you value your sanity please use Lakeside
I don’t know how it has scored highly, it’s so awful. I’m assuming the individuals themselves are not bad people so there must be something truly wrong with the Boots organisation .

Customers need somewhere else to line up. A nuisance trying to see and get products from shelves. For those in the line, always having to squeeze to one side or the other for people looking. Puts me off going in. Should never of changed from how it used to be with the corner door and bigger shop, 3 tills all with staff on and 3 lines for customers and not in the way of those browsing shelves.

Went in for flu jab the pharmacist that done the jab was so lively and friendly made me feel relaxed and didn't even know he'd done it
