Despite the strange appearence of the chap that runs it, and his weird mad mate from next door, it's quite a nice place due to the hard work his wife puts into it. She does all the cooking which is delicious, it's located close to the City center and the Brayford pool, and the rooms are clean and fresh.

A family member is stopping there so my experiences are limited. Landlady is very nice, rooms are clean and have everything you need. Close to the city centre and bus routes.

Good private car park. Superb service and I know its been said before but what a really good breakfast to set you up for the day. A 10 minute walk should see you to the start of a pedestrianised street in Lincoln centre, brimming with different types of shops, which takes you up a gradually steeper slope to the castle & cathedral, a challenging walk but fun at the same time.

Nice, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, staff couldn't be friendlier... Location is really good and the prices absolutely acceptable :-) What's not to like?? I will gladly stay at the Admiral's Guest House again!

Misunderstanding my husband had an amazing stay clean friendly staff loverly breakfast couldn't have had a better stay
