Location, where are you going to find a guest house at this price, in a city, in this central location. Excellent value.
Excellent location.
Breakfast, amazing, you really can't fault anything at breakfast, friendly service, everything spot-on for breakfast, beautifully cooked.
Accommodation, is compact, but we've stayed in smaller rooms and paid a lot more, especially clean, towels changed, friendly cleaner and again, everything we need.
Host, everyone so friendly.
Would we stay here again, yes, definitely.

Had a warm welcome by the owner. The room was very clean
& was supplied with tea coffee & milk / water in fridge. The breakfast was spot on. Good location for all of chester

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the right temperature.

My only regret is not paying for the breakfast which I decided not to prebook the day before.

The smell of sausages at 8am is a good thing to wake up to.

Literally 2 minutes walk from the town centre.

I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean rooms and friendly service,breakfast was included at a local restaurant. Ideally located for all shops and eateries.

Had a lovely stay here. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, there was a fridge in our room with fresh milk and bottled water which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was fantastic, all freshly cooked and top quality ingredients. Owner was lovely, friendly and polite. If in the area again will definitely go back.

With my job, I've stayed in all the swanky hotels, and I can honestly say, they could learn a lesson or from this establishment! The rooms are beautifully designed and super clean! Very professional service. I'll be staying nowhere else on future visits to Chester!

Perfect central but quiet location, lovely hosts, great breakfast, comfortable bed, nice fluffy white towels and immaculately clean room with all the little thoughtful extras to make your stay very comfortable. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a great stay.
