They really do, a very welcoming place. Great breakfast, shower facilities, toiletries, towels, clean space. TV with Freeview and free WiFi. No A/C, just open a window. Hot in the summer in the room. Nothing to complain about. Perfect for me. Price is good compared to hotels and motels. I am a returning customer. Was nice and worm in the room during winter. Quiet place. Few birds sing early morning. I could sleep better though. I woke up before 6am and I felt it was 9AM. All beds are double beds in each room - I was told. Each room has a small desk to use your laptop or study...

Stayed @ this B&B while studying at the ellis training facilities down the road. Overall was a very pleasant stay. I think a few tiny things could be improved on. Like have tea and coffee in rooms with a kettle. Also my room didn't have an en suite bathroom. An en suite is pretty much standard for most B&B's I've stayed at. One evening the owners had family over and even my ear plugs couldn't drown out the noise from downstairs. 90% of my experience was great, but the few snags I mentioned can be the difference between guests returning next time or opting for a travelodge.

I stayed here with my family (husband and 2 children) in July. W loved the place. The hosts are so welcoming, you feel like you are friends who are visiting. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choice. The rooms were exactly what we wanted and needed and very clean. hosts were also really understanding about how noisy kids can be! We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to others looking for a home away from home. A x
