Spire View @ The Galleon Steakhouse

I spent a few days here a couple of weeks back and I can't recommend highly enough.

The room was a lot more spacious than I expected with a good breakfast included, but the real highlight was the staff and food in the restaurant.

Exceptional service and amazing food for a great price and much quicker than you might expect from somewhere of that quality.

If you're looking for a cheap little room to stay in whilst you enjoy the peaks there may be better alternatives, but if you're looking for somewhere that enhances your trip, this is the place for you.

First class food, friendly staff. We stayed over night {b &b} very comfortable rooms well sound proofed from street noise but could hear slight music from resterant below, which was turned down by staff on request. Overall very good in the centre of town with off road parking.

Lovely, clean, modern, comfortable room, had a good night's sleep in the super king bed, excellent choice of self service breakfast, free car parking, ideal location. And I really want a Highland coo foot stool now lol.

Wonderful location for exploring the city centre and a friendly welcome. Fabulous spacious room and lovely comfy bed. The bathroom was palatial! Great choice as well for the continental style breakfast. Wished we'd stayed more than the one night🌙

All staff were so incredibly friendly & welcoming. The room was lovely, clean & bed was so spacious & comfy. The bathroom was clean & nicely styled. We also had dinner on site & the staff & food was absolutely lovely. We was there only for the one night we had a funeral to attend the next morning but we couldn’t get any taxis. Matthew the manager went above & beyond to call one of the local companies & managed to get us one which came really quickly & we made it on time for the funeral. We were so incredibly grateful for this. What a fab team. Highly recommend staying with these guys & if we return will definitely come back.

Large comfortable, clean room. Only self service continental breakfasts but good selection. Will definitely use again.

The best Sunday Lunch I've had in a good long time. Staff are very friendly and professional. Great value for money
