There is noting bad could be said about this B&B
Everything is done to perfection. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the food delishous, you get a lovely welcome its in the perfect location I would whole heartily recommend it. We had a lovely stay

Very comfortable. Les was great and breakfast absolutely lovely. There was a small issue with hot water or I would have given the room 5 star 🌟

I stayed at Hollywell guest for 18th night for my graduation ceremony on the 19th of July.

Location- just next to Tesco Express & 10 minutes walk from the town centre
Comfort- 10/10, spacious, well decorated & well lit en-suite room
Breakfast- Delicious (pity, I could not finish)
Host- Amazing hospitality and services.

Whenever I am in Loughborough next, I would love to stay here!

Very homely, Derek and Lez were friendly, accommodating and attentive - the perfect hosts. Convenient location for getting into town. Gorgeous house with charming decoration. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I’m visiting the area.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 3 nights in Holywell House. All of us were pleased with everything. I was impressed with the hosts’ professionalism, Derek Hunter and Liz Cope-Newman.

A wonderful guest house with friendly hosts. The room was very clean and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend it.

I had to stay in loughborough overnight and was originally going to stay at the premier inn but then discovered that this hotel was far cheaper. Warm and welcoming hosts..nothing too much trouble. Room was amazing and the bathroom was huge. Clean bedding and could not find fault with anything. Breakfast was lovely and hot and all the coffee pots and teapots were very tasteful. Would definitely recommend over premier inn and travel lodge
