It is impossible to fault my recent stay at 28 Kitto Road. A pretty, leafy area with amazing views of the city. Edgar and Sarah are great hosts as well as being lovely people and were kind and helpful whilst respecting our privacy. The bedroom is large and roomy with high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean and the décor is homey and stylish with the occasional burst of colour from Sarah's exotic embroidered textiles. Very comfortable with a peaceful night's sleep considering it's so close to central London! Breakfast was the icing on the cake (not literally!!). I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful & charming B&B in London. The family who runs it went out of their way to accommodate my vegan diet, knew how to satisfy a coffee addict and made sure I was undisturbed while I spent a day sleeping off my jet lag. Comfortable, cozy, good food, great coffee and warm hosts. I highly recommend this gem of a B&B! Kudos to Edgar and Sarah! :)

The best possible accommodation I could have found for my mom; the room is clean, has WI-FI, is tastefully decorated and very large (ensuite) and the owner speaks several languages; the house is located beside a park, minutes away from Zone 2 Overground and the area is very peaceful. Recommended.
