Parklands B&B

Good location, wonderful breakfast, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I cannot emphasize how helpful they were, every interaction gave the impression of "What would you like to do and how can I help you achieve that?" Need advice on how to get downtown for cheap? Want great suggestions for food and fun? Or how about a perfectly cooked breakfast? We enjoyed every moment spent here and Sally ensured we loved London. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay, and the price made this B&B an absolute gem. We will definitely stay here when we return.

Stunningly beautiful boutique B & B.... The staff are extremely welcoming, the rooms are to die for... luxuriously decorated and finished all round to a very very high standard. The breakfast is amazing, I really cant say enough about how welcome I felt, even though I live in London....I OFTEN!!... will pack a small bag and head off to this idyllic retreat, where I can forget the worries of my week.....
You simply have to go, the whole Parklands experience is super friendly and a place you will want to go back to time and again....LOVE THIS PLACE.......X

Sally is just exceptional! The property in my opinion is in good shape, has all amenities that you need and still have a touch of personal homestay or Bed and breakfast.

While everything about this property is just perfect, for us the real deal was Sally and her breakfast! It’s just amazing and her knowledge about the area and suggestions are noteworthy.

She is very kind, helpful, jolly and lovely! For me personally, the only think was missing was body lotion which I didn’t even shared with Sally during the trip as this was a perfect stay.

Amazing stay. Rooms were gorgeous, clean and very functional. The breakfast was divine and Sally and her staff are wonderful hosts. We loved it so much we booked an extra night on a whim! Highly recommended as it's also very easy to get to central London from there.

Spotlessly clean, in a quiet but central location, we had an excellent 2 night stay at Parklands b&b. Sally and Chris have loads of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble at breakfast time. The house is beautifully furnished, even Purdey the dog was happy to pose for a photo

More than a B&B Sally family run business is the best place to stay if you want something classy and different.

I stayed in the Loft room. Wonderfully comfortable, clean, airy, quiet and well equipped. The private bathroom is modern with a wonderful shower and double doors that open to a rooftop view.
Host Sally and son Chris were welcoming, helpful with local recommendations and made me feel right at home. Breakfast I have to say was a culinary delight with a creative and delicious offering every morning. If you like coffee then you're in for a real treat!
Restaurants, shops, pubs are all in easy walking distance from Parklands. I really enjoyed walking through the parks and commons that are just a stone's throw away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

One of the best places I've ever stayed in the UK. The room was amazing and a lot bigger than Hotel rooms, breakfast was 5 star, and the hosts Sally and her son Chris are just the coolest people! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in London. Thanks for the nice experience guys!
