Primrose Guesthouse

I stayed here in September 2017 and it was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel/guesthouse. Lekha, the owner, was incredibly sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. This was my first travel outside of the US and I was alone. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood even when I was out walking alone at 5:30 am or 12 am! It is a very, VERY quiet neighborhood.

Personalized, large breakfast every morning with great attention and guest service. In fact, breakfast was so large that many days I was full until dinner time. I will always stay here when I travel to London. Hoping to return soon! If you want a quiet place to stay away from the bustle of center London this is the perfect place.

A really lovely little guest house in a wonderfully quiet area of London. Just 7 rooms so a few stairs to climb but our room was very clean with a very comfy double bed. Great welcome on arrival and were personally shown to our room. Breakfast was spot on with the very entertaining owner's family doing the cooking and serving. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay during Easter at Lekahs guesthouse. Situated in one of the most beautiful streets in Hampstead, nice rooms and very good breakfast. The first night we were somehow unlucky because the guests next to us made noise all night, but Lekah gave us uncomplicated an other room. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I received a warm welcome from our hostess, Lekha on our arrival at her lovely guesthouse.

Our room was on the first floor with a view out over some beautiful trees. The bathroom was a decent size with a shower which had an excellent flow rate - we both felt really invigorated after using it!

Breakfast was served upstairs in a light and airy room with plenty of yoghurts, fruit juices and cereals. The cooked breakfast was superb and was made to order so was piping hot.

The guesthouse is very handy for The Roundhouse which is where we spent the evening, just a 10 minute walk away. If we come to a gig at The Roundhouse again we will definitely stay at The Primrose Guesthouse again!

Staff so nice and helpful..even though main Lady was away. Breakfast great, all needs met.

Stayed here for 1 night with my fiancé. Lekha was a very welcoming hostess with good communication. We arrived to a lovely large clean bedroom (room 3), we both slept well and enjoyed the cooked breakfast. We will stay again when next visiting London.

Superlative customer service, even before our stay commenced an email with clear directions and transport information and a call to check our arrival time so our room was ready. Lekha is an amazing host she was welcoming, friendly and attentive

Easy walking distance to many train stations and attractions yet quiet and away from the noise and bustle of the main streets.
Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order and absolute perfection by a friendly cook.

Wonderful place to stay. The guest house is in a great location and in the best way it is like home from home. Lekha is a brilliant host, she made us feel so welcome. Our room was so comfortable and cosy. Breakfast is lovely too, home cooked specially for you!
