Cotenham Barn

My partner and I spent a lovely night at this beautiful B&B (25/11/17). The hosts were very accommodating and our room really tastefully decorated. We had the small double, and it suited us perfectly. I've spent many a night in both B&Bs and hotels, and I have to admit that the breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. I had kedgeree which was wonderful, and my partner had a full English and it was perfect. Will definitely look forward to visiting again. Credit to the hosts and their lovely dog, Jess x

The area is beautiful, the cottage felt like home with the touch of a hotel. The hot tub added the perfect bit of extra. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality exquisite! Certainly a place I would love to return to in the future.

Wonderful relaxed place to stay in the Norfolk Broads. Booked last minute and the friendly owners, Jill and Phil, had everything prepared to perfection (including a basket of fresh eggs from their hens, chocolates and home-made jam). Great location set among the beautiful Norfolk countryside, close to a couple of excellent pubs. Stayed in 'The Nook' which is compact but ideal for a couple, with a fully-stocked kitchenette and a lovely bathroom, and looks out on to the gorgeous garden. Only minor gripe is the electric heater in the room didn't really do the trick, but that's a very minor gripe.

This was by far the best place that we could have ever stayed at. Jill and Phil were so friendly and accommodating.

Me and my partner stayed here for my birthday celebrations 4/11/22-6/11/22, and it was the best decision ever! The hosts are wonderful and so friendly and very helplful, they have done a fantastic job with Cotenham Barn 🥰, the place is beautiful and relaxing and the hot tub, the hot tub is simply the best 😁😁 we definitely recommend coming here 100% we will definitely be returning 🙂

The hosts are so warm and welcoming. It is set in such pretty surroundings. The cottage was spotless and cosy. The hosts made sure we had everything that would make our stay as relaxing as possible. We added an extra night as it was so nice

An Absolute Delight .
We've stayed at the Long Barn at Cotenham Barn's in September, for what was our first Norfolk trip in over ten years of living in the UK. First of all - the barn is really nice, the pictures don't do it justice: the bedrooms are great, the living room is big and the kids had a lot of fun playing there and in the beautifully maintained lawns outside.
We were 4 adults, 3 kids and a baby, and the kids slept on the sofa bed. We didn't feel crowded, it was perfect.
The property has a great BBQ which we used every evening, and the Jacuzzi which is an absolute treat.
The place is well equipped with anything you need for a self-catering holiday, there are even plastic glasses for use in the hot-tub, they thought of everything!
The place is well maintained, with birds roaming around, hans and cows nearby, a great little adventure for our city-rat kids.
Finally, Phil & Jill were amazing hosts! whether it is the basket of goods they left for us upon arrival, the fresh picked raspberries that Jill left us on evening, or grapes Phill brought. They are the nicest couple ever and will make you feel welcomed, always with a smile, ready for a chat and to guide us in the area.

Norfolk is amazing, with plenty things to do and see - and this place is a piece of heaven, only 20 mins east from Norwich. Real gem. recommended!
PS - ask them where Ozzie's Oinkers is ;)

Stayed in the Nook. Fantastic, idyllic location. Quality accommodation with thoughtful touches. Friendly and helpful host who had an outside 13 amp socket installed so we could charge our car overnight.
