Mill Lane B and B

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful views from our lovely bedroom balcony. Wonderful friendly owner who provides a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Great bed and breakfast, very helpful and friendly. Good base for walking and other outdoor activities. Very peaceful location.

A really lovely, rural B&B, views from rear terrace are stunning. Room is very comfortable & immaculate.
Breakfast was delicious & nicely served by Caroline who is a mine of local information.

Two rooms available, Kingfisher and Barn Owl. Kingfisher is the larger but go for Barn Owl as it by far the better view - over the mill pond to fields. Caroline is a good host and provides an excellent breakfast which will set you up for the day. If you are looking for peace and quite, with plenty of interesting places nearby then this is the b+b for you. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful place - very quiet and the scenery was breathtaking! Caroline is an incredible hostess and goes above and beyond to cater for her guests.

Reasonable pricing for space and quality. Rooms were clean-ish, have nice views and reasonable size. Lack of drinking water (was safe to drink from the tap but came out fizzy and tasted funky, apparently due to the cleaning process). Breakfast only served until 9am, which was a task when getting back from a wedding reception at 1.30am and have to be out of rooms by 10am. Would have rated it higher if compromise could have been made on being able to leave the accommodation at a more reasonable time.

Had a lovely holiday. The b and b was in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. It was the best b and b we have visited. The rooms were beautiful,the breakfasts were excellent and the owner Caroline saw to our every need and was very knowledgeable about the local area. Will be visiting again.
