Holbecks House B&B

Just perfect. As it happened we (and our dog) were the only guests. Wonderful, warm welcome. The very comfortable house is full of beautiful antiques. Our bedroom was huge. The grounds beautiful. Breakfast was lovely. It was so good we decided to stay an extra night.

Warm, friendly welcome. Excellent large room with tea/coffee making facilities (plus fridge), very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with shower and big bath all with bathing products .
Breakfast amazing in a beautiful dining room. Unable to fault the service.
Wonderful garden and surrounding walks. Dog friendly.

Nice comfortable please with nice owners good location quiet and out the way with lots of stuff to do within a short drive. Clean and overall a great please to stay.

A Lovely place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. On a lovely estate with a river walk into the historic town of Hadleigh.

Lovely place an old period house lots of charm.
Rooms are large lots of room and very clean.
Breakfast is cooked for you, so it's fresh and hot.
The owner couldn't be more helpful.
It's about a mile from the high street, the drive as lots of pot holes and very dark, but the house is in lovely grounds.

Beautiful period house owned by one of the nicest and most welcoming families I've had the pleasure to meet. A truly wonderful experience in a lovely setting. Perry is a great host and cannot do enough for you throughout the entire stay. Delightfully classy and elegant place. The breakfast was perfect too. All locally sourced and fresh. And a stone's throw from the picturesque and quaint town, Hadleigh. A perfect b & b in a nice part of the world. Great value for money and would highly recommend it.

Such a wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it. The owner was lovely, the breakfasts were lovely, our en suite room was huuuuuge (and lovely), the whole area was lovely, the house was welcoming and warm. I had a really nice time here.

Lovely quaint B&B, well-preserved historic house, very stylish and fantastic staff. We stayed for a long weekend - 3 nights. The location was perfect for relaxing walks with the nearby pubs only within 15min walk. Ipswich and Colchester were only within a 30min drive and provided plenty of entertainment during the day! Great stay for a short getaway!
