Lovely setting, our room was lovely. My daughter and her fiance's room quaint on the 1st floor up s spiral staircase, not really compatible when travelling with cases though.
Breakfast, continental, Extra if you wanted cooked not told this until we arrived at breakfast.
We also were not told we would be sharing 'cottage' with others. They were very noisy.
Although convenient to Heathrow, sadly not again for us.

Beautiful farm. Owners were really friendly, very attentive and gave good advice on things to do and see in Oxford. Location is good, ten minutes drive to a park and ride. On arrival called the farm on the gate intercom, you're later provided with a code for the gate. Loads of parking space. Gorgeous farm doggo. Bedrooms have adjustable heating. Continental breakfast in the main farm house was lovely. Really cosy stay. Great recommendation for local pubs, we went to The Trout and were not disappointed

A beautiful place to stay, the owners and staff are only to pleased to help. Breakfast is amazing and nothing is too much trouble and caters for many dietary needs. Graeme and Laura are very clear in there communication. We are day 2 of 6 and love it, would highly recommend. Dave

On first impressions it looked beautiful. On closer inspection the room was dirty and dusty.

Pre booked and re heated cooked breakfast was a pain . I changed my mind and was told I could have what I wanted but that would take longer. That says it all TBH . Given they were expecting two guests the Scrambled egg on what must have been the smallest piece of toast I have ever seen was disappointing ( Adding water to what seemed to be powered scrambled egg is never a great look ) . It wasn't good value .

At this price point (£ 121 ) the Proprietors need to up their game .

Were do I start?

Both my husband and I are incredibly pleased, not to mention raving about our stay at Hill Farm. We stayed five days at this fantastic bed and breakfast located six kilometers outside the center of Oxford. Royal Taxis is the taxi company you should call to easily get to town if you don't have your own car, that is. The service was nothing to complain about and the staff were lovely and accommodating. We would like to send a special greeting to Gemma who served us the generous breakfast every morning at the Club House. She is truly a genuine and nice person, not to mention funny. We will miss her very much. If you want the pulse of the city during the day and peace and quiet in the evening, then Hill Farm is the right place to visit. Should my husband and I make another visit to Oxford, Laura and Graeme's country house will be the first place we book into. /Lina & Daniel Wahlnemo Sjolaender
