We booked through Airbnb and the owners were excellent hosts for our short stay in The Rock Shack. The shack itself is small but beautifully done and just a short drive from attractions such as Dunster Castle, Watchet and Minehead. We took our 11-week-old son with us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Rock Shack to any couple or small family (provided the little one is still young enough to bring their own bed with them). I think we'll be back for another visit before long.

Absolutely amazing place. Fully decked out and super cosy. Stayed for 3 days and absolutely loved it. Super helpful hosts and three friendly dogs who loved to play. Very close to a cider farm and pub with a castle down the road. Definitely recommend for a honeymoon or a couple's getaway. Breakfast provided with top-ups available. Breakfast items: 3 kinds of cereal, homemade bread, milk, coffee (instant and grounds), two types of jam (blackcurrant and apple, strawberry) and butter. Very eco-friendly with rubbish and recycling.

The Rock Shack is a cosy, quirky, getaway. Very comfortable and hospitable. Good local walks and great pub.
