The owners Karl and Jude are lovely, take care of their guests as well as taking the time to talk to you. The room was lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Myself and my best friend spent 4 days there and it was lovely. The breakfast was fabulous, very generous and enough to set you up for the day. We’ve already said we’ll be back and recommend to friends.

Excellent little treasure this B&B where the hosts were genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had all amenities required. The garden is peaceful and well stocked, a great space to sit and relax. And the breakfast has a range of cereals, fruits, yogurt along with great cooked breakfast with hand made sausages! We will definitely return here. My mom was looked after being gluten free too. Off road parking too. Near to town centre. What more can I say but thank you very much we shall definitely return.

We recently spent the most delightful visit to Fairlight Lodge whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our self check-in on the Sunday afternoon was well explained beforehand and we found our room, The Sandringham, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, and Karl and Jude made us feel very welcome. They had already sent us information about good places to eat, but continued to give us any information we needed throughout our visit. On learning that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary they left a bottle of Prosecco and a card in our room, with the offer to chill it and provide glasses. Fairlight Lodge is one of the best b&b's we have stayed at and we have already booked a return visit for October.

Very friendly hosts. Who are informative of area and seemed genuine to say if they have tried somewhere or not an recommend places.
Room was compact but LOVELY ideal for what needed. Decorated lovely an with a lovely onsuite.

My husband and I came with my sister to stay. Lovely rooms in a nice area. Delicious breakfast. Friendly atmosphere. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you

We booked at the last minute and were due to arrive quite late, this wasn't a problem and they left us keys in a secure place.
The room was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee supplied but with flasks of milk rather than the little cartons which was great.
Carl was a great host with delicious breakfast cooked by Jude.

Had a two night stay. A warm welcome; a nice room; and a very good breakfast. Bonus of being pretty central to King's Lynn too (about 15m walk from centre) although have learnt since there is a bus service that runs nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable and, for me, ideal being on ground floor.

Just out of main town (walkable), convenient, quiet area. Room nice, comfortable, clean, all facilities good, tea/coffee provided, probably a bit small for above a few days' stay. Breakfast good plateful with a choice.
