Conval House Bed & Breakfast

The house is near the center of Dufftown, near a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. There is ample parking out front on the street and also on the property. The room was large with a memory foam topper, which made it nice and comfortable. Nice down comforter and sheets. The host was very nice and accommodating, even when we had to reschedule our stay due to a big snow storm. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly people and an interesting house. Breakfast was incredible! Room was a bit dated and there was an odd smell of old damp wood or possibly from the cat. Two rooms also share a shower. Wasn't really for me.

It was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in! The room was cozy and warm in the rainy windy weather. Breakfast was great with fresh berries, toasts, hot foods and coffee. Linda and Gary were really kind and so sweet. Thank you so much for your kindness😍 Hope to see you again. I'll stay in your house again when I visit Dufftown later!

We can't thank Linda enough for her hospitality. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us. The bedroom was super clean, quiet, beautiful and with a charming view. Did we mention the ultra comfortable bed? We're giving it at least a 10 star rating.

We want to thank Linda, also, for the delightful and delicious breakfast that she serves in the dining hall. Perfectly laid out with a menu of items to choose, that met our vegetarian needs. Fresh fruits, a variety of drinks, coffee, tea, eggs - you name it.

We came with a group who were staying in a larger busier hotel near by, and we were so much happy with our cozy & quiet countryside experience. The house is perfectly situated so you can walk to a number of local restaurants, and distilleries.

Thank you for being so attentive to every detail and for driving us out in the snowy weather! Conval House was such a big part of our Scotland trip and we're sure to be back :)

This was our favorite B&B of the whole 2 week trip and if we could give it more than 10/10 we would! Linda is a phenomenal host and really made us feel welcome. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and had both all the amenities plus a few extra touches! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and had vegetarian options which were excellent. It is very well located in Dufftown, which is central to all of Speyside and especially good for the Whiskey Trail if you’re a fan of whiskey. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful period property and super clean. Linda the hostess made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Lots of special thoughtful extras for a B& B. Much better than a hotel and better value.
Fresh fruit at breakfast, super cooked breakfast. Bedroom was beautiful, bed super comfy, hospitality tray in room with bone china cups, selection of teas etc and fresh milk available if we wanted. Easy to find, ample car parking. We enjoyed our stay, one of the best ever stayed in. Dufftown has so much to offer. Highly recommend Conval House.

Spent a night here and it was lovely. Linda was so welcoming and hospitable. She was very helpful when it came to information about places to have dinner. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a great sleep and felt well rested in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and had a great choice of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea, coffee and a cooked breakfast. I would highly recommend. Thank you Linda for your hospitality.

5* ACCOMODATION & SERVICE!
Room and en-suite were immaculate, the whole house was immaculate. Linda was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was perfect. Great views, beautiful location and free parking. Every detail was carefully thought out. Highly recommended and would definitely go back!
