Been here twice. Good facilities and friendly staff

The cleanest and tidiest accomodation I have stayed at. I was made most welcome and enjoyed breakfast with hospitality to match. Thanks Mary.

Stayed here for one night whilst doing Coast & Castles North route. Our bikes were safely locked away in the garage for the night.

It's not too far off the route. Stayed in the twin room, which was clean and comfortable and had all facilities including a roomy bathroom. Mary was extremely helpful and even helped us out with spin drying our washing for us with no complaints.

The full Scottish breakfast was delicious and very much needed for the mileage we were to put in on that day. Would definately stay here again if in Cupar again.

Stayed here for three nights, this was the nicest b&b I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. Mary is a lovely lady and very friendly. Happy to make you anything you want for breakfast, though I’m just a toast kind of person there was the option of a cooked breakfast or cereal and fruit and yogurt. Close to the train station and Tesco the location is ideal. It was a very quiet area, even the b&b is quiet, you wouldn’t know there was a house full of guests or that Mary’s granddaughter was visiting. I will definitely be using this b&b every time I visit Cupar

My friends stayed here overnight and they rated the B&B highly....from the food to the rooms they slept in they very impressed...
