Simply the best and most relaxing B&B we have ever stayed at. John and Helen are the perfect hosts, the room was lovely and the sea views from the bay window were amazing. If you can't unwind at the Kairon B&B in Criccieth there's no hope for you. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Wish we could have stayed longer, but never mind, we will be returning.

My partner Chris and I had a lovely stay at the Kairon B&B. John and Helen were lovely hosts, the room was very clean and peaceful with the most fantastic sea view. We totally recommend a stay here. Plus Criccieth is a great base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsular. Go for it!

Arrived at the Kairon B&B and was met with a very warm welcoming by John. The room was very large with on suite shower and toilet. There was a good selection of tea’s, coffee, hot chocolates and biscuits in the room. The king size bed was very comfortable.
The large bay window was bright and airy and the view overlooking the beach below was amazing. Next morning Helen cooked a fantastic hearty full English breakfast that sets you up for the day ahead. There is also a choice of cereal, orange or apple juice. Outside there arel tables and seating area to sit on and watch the world go by. The only minor thing that could be improved is possibly look at getting black out curtains for the bay windows.
John and Helen are the perfect hosts they are friendly and have a good knowledge of the area and nothing is too much trouble for them. If anyone is thinking of staying in the area I would certainly 100% recommend staying at the Kairon B&B.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Kairon B&B. John & Helen our hosts were delightful & couldnt help us enough. The view from the room was spectacular, almost like being on a ship the sea was so close. We saw Dolphins jumping in the twilight. A cooked breakfast (with not a spot of grease on the plate) set us up for the day exploring the area. Lots of recommendations of places to visit from our hosts. The weather made it, we didnt see a cloud all week just glorious sunshine.

Thoroughly recommend a stay at Kairon B&B in Criccieth. We only stayed two nights but wish it could have been the whole week.

Very clean room with a great sea view in the big bay window. King size bed in a good sized room. Delicious cooked breakfast with generous portions.

John and Helen are the most lovely hosts.

We had a fantastic night's stay at Kairon.

John was very welcoming and we found our room very comfortable overlooking the sea, only metres from the front door.

A quality cooked breakfast set us up well for a day of cycling. Would recommend to anyone.

I booked this lovely B&B on the phone a couple of days before arriving. John and Helen are the friendliest hosts ever and nothing was too much trouble - from a late arrival to an excellent vegetarian breakfast.

Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and we had a great view overlooking the sea and the mountains. There was an excellent array of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits with which to enjoy the view too!

I was very touched when Helen ran after us (just after checkout) to show us the seal swimming round the shallows of the beach just in front of Kairon's - I had been desperate to see one on our trip!

A lovely little gem in Criccieth which was a great base to explore the Llŷn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park.

John and Helen have been excellent hosts. Their sea view room was very well-kempt, clean and tidy. British breakfast was excellent. Parking is easy to find on the road outside. And you basically live by the beach. So, overall a fabulous place to spend a quiet few days.
