Friendly owners and a beautiful house. We were 22 people and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The horses were more friendly than anyone.

Lovely place for big families with small children..with pool table and dart board. Kids were always entertained. Owners always on hand. Stunning views would defo return. The only downside was it needed a gate to stop kids running down the drive other than that it was pefect.

Amazing self catering accommodation nestled into the countryside of Tregaron. We have a group of eleven and we all have our own rooms. There is a private river nearby for kayaking, fishing etc

Spent bank holiday weekend here the place is well equipped for all your needs very clean gwen and family very friendly and helpful this was our 3rd family visit highly reccommend you wont be dissapointed

It is Situated at a fantastic location . It is built on a plot which is higher than its surroundings so has got excellent views and overlooking the valley around. Owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Facilities wise , central heating was excellent, All communal spaces including Sitting room and dinning room were adequate. Kitchen was spacious and got all gadgets and equipment required for self catering . Room sizes were good and furnished as required. Property has got almost Eight bath rooms. Apart from one or two , all other bathrooms require upgradation and modernization. All sink taps need to be replaced by tap mixers , same is for BATH taps. Majority of bath rooms do not have Showers. Some plastic coupling was provided to fix it on bath taps manually and convert them into shower or mixer. Very funny , to be honest. Owners need to look in to it and provide proper showers and tap mixers in the bath room. Otherwise it is an excellent holiday property. Village is really close and has got all necessary shops.
