What a simply fantastic getaway. Luxury at its best. We had a superb stay here and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Coedllys has the added benefit of being animal friendly so you can bring your dog, which we did. There is an animal sanctuary included and some lovely walks around the gardens.

if Carlsberg did B&B's!! Simply Outstanding. Coedllys is perhaps one of the best, if not THE best B&B we have ever stayed. So much attention to detail and attentive hosts who provide the most amazing service.
The surroundings are beautiful, set in outstanding countryside near Carmarthen in West Wales this is just one place you will want to return and never leave.

This is our third year staying with Val and Keith at Coedllys. The house is in a wonderful location looking out across the hills and surrounded by fields. A menagerie of rescued animals in the paddocks and three friendly dogs all add to the countryside experience. The rooms are large and comfortably furnished with everything you need for your stay, plus quite a few extras (everything from a kettle and tea supplies to a whole hamper of personal necessities in the ensuite bathroom, in case you forget to pack something). This year we noticed that they'd even upgraded the plug sockets to provide USB charging points! Val offers an excellent breakfast menu, cooked to perfection, and much of it locally sourced. From yoghurt and fresh fruit to a phenomenal Full English (and quite a few other options in between), we're totally spoiled for choice. Val serves the best toast you'll ever have, accompanied by a massive selection of jams, conserves, and other delicious spreads. Val herself is warm, welcoming and always looking to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything at Coedllys is done to an exceptional standard, but the hosts' ability to make us feel at home is probably the most exceptional thing of all. Although I think my wife would prefer to move in permanently, we're happy to settle for the occasional visit.

This is the by far the best B & B that I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be booking another stay. My room was lovely with a beautiful view and the added personal touches made it even better and great value for money. Val and Keith are great hosts and were very friendly and made me feel at home. A beautiful getaway surrounded by verdant hills spotted with sheep. The breakfast was slow cooked and flavorful. The cloud like mattresses and fluffy duvet felt like a gentle hug as you fell into a blissful sleep. The room was immaculately clean with a well stocked hospitality tray. The hosts were lovely and definitely deserving of all of their awards for an exceptional bed and breakfast. We also enjoyed loving on their rescue animals that they have onsite.
