Our hosts were very helpful and kind. We went for a 2 night break with our 18 month old daughter. I would advise going for one of their cottages with an infant, because the b&b rooms are too tempting for little ones, with all the usual farm house decoration. If it was just the 2 of us, we wouldn't have any concerns whatsoever, so it was our own fault. Deilwen, our host, also cooks a great breakfast! The farm is ideally situated between lots of attractions, with things to do within a 20min drive in either direction.

Wonderful. My partner and I are regular guests at Gogarth; and returning guests are always a good sign! Deilwen and Ron are excellent hosts - helpful and friendly but never cloying. We've stayed in all of the offered accommodation - Y Bwthyn, the Farmhouse Cottage, the Coach House, Cwm Ffernol, the B&B and the caravan - and each one is clean, cosy, well-equipped and comfortable. They've recently had biomass installed on the farm and it's absolutely brilliant; the showers are incredible! Gogarth is in a perfect, peaceful location to explore the area; close to both Machynlleth and Aberdyfi - offering town and beach on the doorstep. There are plenty of walks to enjoy; as well as great places to eat and shops to browse. Gogarth is a working farm, so expect to see happy sheepdogs pottering around and the odd tractor trundling by! We always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Arrive as guests - leave as friends.
Diolch, Deilwen a Ron!

We booked very last minute ( the day before!) and the owners could not have been more helpful. Deilwin was flexible, friendly and very helpful. The cottage was idyllic, nestled amongst the hills and wonderfully remote. Already looking at dates to go back.

The sweetest and most kind/helpful hostess (Deilwen) ever! The accomodation was very comfortable, cozy and spotless! You have a great view from every room of the mountains and the fields and the area in general is fantastic! You can go hiking starting from the farm. We stayed at the B&B and the breakfast was humongous and delicious. Deilwen will ask you what you prefer to cook and what time to be served! The only downside is the transportation as there is only one bus coming through the farm - it's very rare and the last one stops very early, definitely recommend a car. All in all our stay was 5 star!!

We stayed as B&B in the house but there are other options, the owner just does 2 rooms so nice and quiet at breakfast. The full English is very hearty and really sets you up. Both rooms have elevated views across farm fields to the estuary and the hills beyond and you get to see the sun rise.

We had a truly wonderful time at Gogarth Hall Farm. It's the perfect location, not far from sandy beaches and stunning mountains. Really nice & clean accommodation and very friendly host. We will definitely come back!

This place is really lovely to go if you are looking for a very friendly and warm welcome. They also have self catering cottages as well which are really lovely.
