Had a fabulous stay. Neil and Anne went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to feel at home. We stayed in room 5 and it was very clean and homey and the bed was especially comfy. The included breakfast was amazing and made to order. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Conwy.

This is the absolute best place we have ever stayed. The house was lovely, the room and en-suite bathroom were perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts, Anne and Neil, were wonderful and kind. They offered amazing company and advice for where to go and what to do while in the Conwy area. They also really put a lot of effort into the sweet little things and nice touches. Our room was comfortable and luxurious. The house has a beautiful garden, with great views of the countryside and the city wall. The house sits right next to the city wall and public transit (train station and buses are a 2 minute walk), so it was easy to navigate from there without having to be in the middle of the crazy crowds. We didn't have a car, and had no issues with that, but this is also a great place if you do have a car as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Bryn Guest House, and I would definitely love to stay there again.

We just loved staying at Bryn. The bed was comfortable, the room and en-suite bathroom was spacious, and I liked how they gave me a firm and a soft pillow so I could choose without having to ask for a different one. They have a beautiful garden to relax in right against the castle wall. The location was perfect, being close enough that anything we wanted was a short walk away, but also far enough out that we weren't caught in the bustle of the city.
As well, the hosts Anne and Neil are two of the most genuine and kind souls I've ever met! Very helpful for getting us what we needed and where we needed to go. My wife and I had such a lovely time staying here. Staying at Bryn made our trip the best it could be.

Just stayed at Bryn Guest House for 3 nights with my daughter. One of the very, very best places I've stayed at in my 66 years - in the UK and abroad. We were both 100% happy with absolutely everything. Anne and Neil really are the ideal hosts - genuinely warm and friendly, and extremely helpful and caring; I simply cannot praise them highly enough. They made us both feel so completely relaxed. I actually felt much as I do in my own home - very reassuring, given the current situation. Despite all the restrictions in place everywhere due to Covid-19, they helped make our stay in Conwy really, really special. In all respects you can think of, Anne and Neil as hosts - the service and hospitality they provide - and Bryn Guest House (with its idyllic garden, where we happily spent each evening) can not be bettered.

We've just had the most relaxing visit to Bryn Guesthouse . Absolutely beautiful place, don't know where to start. The rooms are so luxurious, everything you could need, is there, the care and attention to detail is unbelievable. It's a place to unwind, and feel pampered. The products that they use are from locally sourced Artisan suppliers. Anne & Neil are such lovely hosts, very friendly, and entertaining. The breakfast is out of this world, Neil's cooked breakfast, Anne's homemade marmalade, fresh fruit, cereal, just delicious. The gardens are beautiful. We took pictures from the castle walls, and from the bench where we sat for a few hours under the tree last night enjoying a few glasses of wine watching the wildlife around the pond. Would liked to have taken more but was so chilled just sitting watching. It's walking distance from Conwy train station ( about 5 mins) and has ample parking. We had a Sunday roast at the pub a few minutes walk away, The Erskine Arms. Best pub Sunday roast ever. Welsh rolled brisket was fantastic. If you fancy a night or two away to unwind and relax, this is the place to go . Thanks so much Anne & Neil. Just what we needed xxx

Booked 3 nights at this great establishment, Neil and Anne are excellent hosts and my wife and I were made to feel so welcome.

Location is ideal with only a 5 minute walk to the castle or town centre, amazing views and pretty garden to sit in.

Breakfast was very tasty, loads of choice including fresh strawberries and kiwi fruit.

I'm always fussy about my bed, unless I'm comfortable I can't sleep.... the bed here was a king size and super comfortable, slept well that's for sure.

The rooms are large, very clean, have a fridge and even fresh milk.

Highly recommend 😁😁
