Beautiful location, easy to find. Lovely gardens and cute model train village.

Shop, pharmacy and pub all within walking distance.

We stayed in forest glade with our dog, The room was spotless, very private and quiet. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

Host Margaret was wonderful! Gave us great advice on where to dine out and gave us great parking advice for our Snowdon hike.

Breakfast was lovely, Margaret went the extra mile and even provided some scrambled egg for our very food fussy dog.

I would definitely recommend! And would return if we wanted to stay in the same area.

The best B&B I've stayed in, everything is so quaint and peaceful. My room (Forest Glade) was immaculate. Breakfast kept me going all day and the hosts Margaret and Penny were so welcoming, Margaret even made me some hot milk when I told her it helps me sleep. Would highly recommend x

Breakfast was lovely served by a young girl very pleasant but unfortunately didn't get her name. Margaret and penny lovely hosts highly recommend.its very quiet around the area if that's your thing but accessible to amenities..

The house is on the middle of the nowhere but this isn't a big problem. Th main reason of the one star is we got a very small room for a four member family (3 adults one teenager and a small dog). I mean really small room with a double bed and a bunk bed, one single wardrobe, one chest drawers and a small table. It was a "dog friendly "place but we couldn't take our breakfast together because we couldn't leave the dog alone in the room and we couldn't take her to the dining room because of the house rules. Sorry but I don't want to close my dog to the car. The price what we paid for four nights didn't match with the quality .
We are not going back again.

Stayed there for three nights with family. The room was very clean and cosy. Owners are friendly yet a little bit cold. Breakfast is well organized and good. Parking can be a little difficult but not a no go. The garden is wonderful with a little train track and a Japanese style bridge and pond, the children loved it. It is maybe a little bit far from main Snowdon attractions. Shower temperature is definitely not easy to tune, not so handy with children. The room was on the main road side but I consider it not a big issue, not so many cars at night, the place is very quiet.

What makes Bed and Breakfasts good is the direct and personal involvement of the owners. The careful attention to detail from Penny and Margaret made this a pretty much perfect example, from the welcoming to the comfortable and scrupulously clean bed and bathroom. The breakfast was of excellent quality every time. Furthermore the carefully presented and preserved train track miniature in the back garden, with the whole story behind it, that made some good memories for myself and my son.
Thank you so much for this lovely experience! we will comeback again.
