Never got any update on my mattress ordered in January. One person says in stock, another says its not. One fine day tracking shows its being delivered and later in the day they say its not in the truck. Another day without any notice they come to my door and say we have a mattress for you. By that time i already ordered from another company..obviously. and oh yes, they still have not refunded me!!

Excellent service right from the beginning of my enquiry. Charlie was very supportive and patient in his approach in understanding our requirement. Gave us the best possible options and quotes and helped us throughout the booking process. The emails kept us updated on the delivery schedule and time and we received a follow up message and call on the exact time of delivery. Installation done was excellent and beyond our expectations.
Now just looking forward to enjoying a good night's sleep on the bed.😊

I ordered 2 mattresses and mattress protectors for delivery to a rental property. I provided Bensons with clear details of the contact details for the delivery address, yet all correspondence in the form of emails, text messages to confirm delivery dates and times and even phone calls from the delivery driver came to me at the billing address details. I live around 150 miles from the delivery address and do not know the whereabouts of my tenants at any time of day. Surely the whole point of being able to provide separate details for the delivery address is so that the delivery team can liaise with the people at that address rather than the one who has paid the bill.
In addition, the items I ordered were not delivered together - the mattresses were delivered one week, and the mattress protectors were delivered the following week so I had to forward messages and pass on contact details for the delivery address on two occasions which would not have been necessary if Bensons paid attention to the details of the order. I was also disappointed that all items were not delivered at the same time, surely if items were out of stock it would be best to wait and deliver everything at the same time. In this case the mattresses were delivered first and the mattress protectors followed a week later. The whole idea of ordering mattress protectors was to ensure that the new mattresses were kept clean and hygienic but in this case, the mattresses had to be used for a week before the protectors arrived.

If Bensons had delivered everything at the same time, even if it had meant a weeks delay, my feedback would have been a lot more positive. In addition, had they made contact with those specified on the delivery address details rather than continuously trying to confirm delivery dates and times with someone who didn't live at the property in question, I would have been happy to have left a positive review. I have no issues with the delivery drivers as they were merely using the information that had been provided to them and they were very helpful in leaving the mattress protectors with a neighbour when my tenants were not present to receive the delivery.

Happy with the purchasing side of things. When it came to delivery though there was no tracking link or 2 hour timeslot provided, I was told the driver would contact me 30 minutes before delivery but instead it was 15 minutes prior (and actually they arrived before that). I couldn't check any updates on my delivery once it had been put on the van which didn't help. I was initially told my delivery would be between 7am and 1pm, the delivery was after 1pm with no communication from anyone. I had to call up and chase it, waited 12 minutes on hold before someone told me I was the next stop.

Good bed and mattress for good price. Brilliant communication/delivery tracking made it so much less stressful. Delivery men couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for making our house move that bit easier. From a grateful customer.

My first delivery did not arrive. I had to phone up to be told my item was not being delivered that day and then had to rebook a delivery date for 2 weeks time. Then the driver called me on that day to advise my mattress had not been loaded onto the lorry. Third times a charm and the mattress came on the third delivery date. The delivery men were friendly and helpful.

The many emails we received before delivery were clear that we would receive a 2 hour time slot on the day (narrowed from 6 hours) as well as a 30 minute notice - we received neither and only had a 15 minute warning of delivery. Fortunately the delivery men were friendly and very helpful to offset this. It was fortunate I was home to receive the delivery.

Super friendly sales assistant at the store, then a seamless online order . Followed by easy payment and feedback.
delivery 3 weeks earlier than originally suggested- so we are delighted. Delivery team also a pleasure to deal with.
