The customer service in this store was fantastic from me enquiring to the actual delivery I felt so aided. The sales assistant helped me pick a great bed and matress within my budget and needs. Soooo happy, in store there are professional people, the comparison between price and quality is great, beautiful furniture and many on Italian catalogs, the price of home delivery and assembly is reasonable, the team on delivery is courteous and professional, wow. I bought a three door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a leather chaire. I cannot fault the service andthe helpful attitude .
The two men who delivered and assembled my furniture for the bedroom were very quick qand very professional as were the two who delivered the chair. I highly recommend Better Beds, and would not hesitiate in using them again

I bought a bed from this chop is Is very bad quality and Give me more more pain in my back and They refused to return the money The Lady there she is friendly but the manager it was very very rude I’m not happy with this please I don't recommend it !!!
