Beds Are Uzzz

Very friendly staff, no sales pressure or sales pitch nor use of sales tactics such as "you have to buy before end of the week to secure a particular price."

The mammoth mattresses in particular are worth trying out as they are equivalent to the perceived market leader - Tempur. However the mammoth range are better price competitive with the same level of quality and comfort.

Came in by off chance after having dim sum next door.. got to say, guy know his stuff. Had no intention of buying a bed but walked out with a queen sized vice spring.. best investment ever! If you want decent advice ask for the tall chap.. I think his name was Ashly?

Highly recommend these guys! Fantastic range of beds to suit all budgets. Wish I visited them years ago as I didn't realise how well I could sleep! All the way up to delivery an amazing service. Special thanks to Ashley for putting up with my not so easily pleased other half. 100% recommended!

The worst kind of salesman attitude that I've ever come across. Won't listen to what I want, and prefers to hear himself talking about his own experience and findings. Finally calls me arrogant and shows me the door for sticking to my own personal choice and telling him that I'll go elsewhere because he has such an attitude.

Worse service I have ever had, previously bought beds from here (about 3years back) had excellent service then, so thought we would go back, went in and there was a single salesman and one customer in the store we waited patiently and had to hear the salesman talk about his experience on pillows and how his girlfriend had a memory foam one etc... 20 mins later the phone rings and the salesman has the cheek to ignore us and heads to the phone, ok again we wait, then he assists us spends 5min telling us what's available and gives us some swatches, goes back to the other customer and spends another 15mins discussing pillows, this guy seriously loves the sound of his own voice I was waiting untill he decided to tell the story of what pillow his grandma used in the 50's, when we point out that we too need help his responce 'I'm very sorry I'm not good at multi tasking' I'm sorry if you can't multitask then you should not be in the store alone, furthermore you shouldn't be in retail. Then fobs us off telling us there is no other colours available sits at his desk with no interest whatsoever....Well done beds are uzz Harrow that's a £600 sale gone... Really poor standard of service for a store that was once really good
