I needed a new bed and called in at The Bed Centre not really knowing what I wanted. A lovely, friendly chap called James spent a fair amount of time with me going through my options. His brilliant knowledge and advice was just what I needed to make a decision. Not once was James pushy or overbearing and also gave me space to just look and try out the beds. I decided on a Millbrook Florence 1400, I purchased the bed, headboard and mattress and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The quality and comfort of this bed is amazing and I'm having some of the best nights sleep and no more backache in the morning. I would also like to say thanks to the two delivery drivers who were very nice polite chaps too. I highly reccommend The Bed Centre and thanks again James for all your help.

He is full of useful advice and was on hand to answer our numerous questions, often leaving us to try them out, but at no point tried to pressure sell.

I can now report that we found our ideal mattress.

Really good experience. Given expert advice by James, who would then walk away to allow my wife and I to make up our own minds, so no sales pressure. We actually purchased the most expensive bed in the showroom, which, once in stock, was delivered free and assembled and all packaging taken away. Couldn’t fault the service, and would highly recommend.
