Very good service - new bed delivered within an hour. Allowed plenty of time to try out and good deal on delivery, etc.

Really great choice, let me try as many beds as I wanted then again when I came back with my other half. Got a fantastic king size divan and mattress as well as new single mattress for the little one all at a great price, delivered quick and setup at no additional cost. Will be back when we next need a bed or mattress, thanks for the great service!

A variety of beds to suit a range of pockets. Staff in showroom helpful but thankfully not in your face. Delivery was efficient and involved taking away the old beds and putting together the new ones. The two chaps responsible for this performed their duties in a cheerful, professional and considerate manner. Very impressed. Thank you.

Such helpful and friendly staff. Once we had established what we were looking for there was great advice. They were also very patient with my disabled husband as he really needed to try the beds upstairs. Quickly selected the bed of his dreams and was delivered a couple of days later.
First sleep on it last night and now he doesn't want to get up!!!

Would never go anywhere else now to purchase a bed. The guys in this shop are great - they know what they are talking about and will go beyond the call of duty to help out. I had insisted on a Superking for our new house but when the bed arrived, we couldn't manoveur the bed up the stairs! The guys came up with a plan of action to hoist the bed through the first floor balcony windows and returned the next day with more man power. It was such a task for them, where I know most high street stores would have told me to sort it out myself! The bed is just amazing and was cheaper than what a well known bed company had quoted. This shop stores top quality beds and matching furniture and bedding. Not the kind of place you go to if you're looking for cheap but you get what you pay for which is a top quality bed that will last you for years to come. I've now purchased another bed from them. Highly recommend.

It's always bad to write negative feedback, but my experience at the MidKent Bed Centre was awful.
Customer service is less than 0. I was first asked if I had to buy a bed/mattress that day. What kind of question is that? The question is inappropriate as will bias the whole situation. As seller he should show and give information to customers, then customers can make up their mind. My humble opinion.
Even more bizarre, the employee mentioned that there were more beds upstairs, so I replied: "Oh great, let's see those". He quickly replied:" Is it really worth to go upstairs if you are not prepared to buy today"?
I didn't know what to answer and politely refused and went away. How do I know what is best for me, if you don't show me? Furthermore, I wish to add that the shop was completely empty, so I wasn't taking any of their precious time to deal with other customers.
It may have been a psychological pressure technique, but it doesn't work with everyone.
I found a good mattress in a famous bed chain store, in Maidstone, on a super black Friday deal and bought straight away!

Staff extremely helpful and gave us a really good deal. If you want a new bed then try here first.
