Priory Beds & Sofas

My wife and I were very pleased with the helpful advice we received in the shop. After trying various beds we accepted a recommendation from a helpful gentleman and purchased a Mammoth base and mattress. We find the bed very comfortable but after a month there is still a rather unpleasant ‘ new’ smell .

This was my third attempt at buying a suitable mattress in 3 years. Very expensive but I was driven by desperation to get a good nights sleep. I spent 40 minutes in the shop. The assistant was very helpful and gave me good advice. I bought a Harrison mattress which I have been sleeping on for 2 months. No more neck shoulder ot backache! Bliss.

The people at Priory Beds are extremely knowledgeable, and have evidently worked in the business for many years. When I recently visited the shop to change my bed, the manager explained the differences between the various mattress types available. She encouraged me to try a variety of beds and mattresses, and not rush into a decision. I returned a total of three times to try different beds, before making my decision. I am extremely happy with the bed I selected. I never felt that I was being pressured into a sale. They could not have been more helpful, and the follow up service has been excellent.

I recently bought a new bed through Priory Beds and Sofas. The staff were helpful in providing all the information that we needed, including showing all the available options and the fabric swatches. It took a while for me to make my decision as to which bed and mattress to choose and throughout this the staff were never pushy with me, which was great. Delivery went very smoothly and we’re really pleased with the bed.

The best company I have ever purchased from.

I purchased a Moresleep Cadiz 1000 from PRIORY BEDS & SOFAS. Jackie and Jo have been most kind and patient in advising me on prices, delivery and dimensions etc. All of which were over email and phone calls as I live in zone 2 London but Priory Beds was the only stockist who stocks the particular mode of mattress I wanted.

Ordering and payment went very smoothly. The only disappointment was completely from the supplier Highgrove, who toyed us around for 3 weeks with incorrect delivery to cancelling delivery (without a valid excuse except that they had to cance the delivery due to shortage of vehicles).

Priory Beds have been supportive, polite and helpful throughout all the drama with Highgrove. In the end, as I needed an evening delivery, I had to honour to meet the owner, Chris, and to find out that they are a lovey family business.

Even though it took 3 weeks to receive my mattress in the end, I still did not regret shopping with Priory Beds. Because I know they cared about me as a customer. The services they provide cannot be faulted at all.

Honestly, the loveliest team I have ever dealt with. 100% will recommend to all my friends and family and I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

I cant Praise this place enough. I had been on a hunt for months searching for a large headboard which came in different variety of colours and fabrics. Jo (the manager) was so helpful, spent lots of time helping us decide what we needed and was really amazing. We finally decided on the most beautiful teal velvet headboard and ottoman and the price was great too.

Very surprised by the recent negative review. I had the opposite experience. Dealing with Jo and Jackie was a pleasure from start to finish. The delivery was also excellent. Guys unpacked and set up my bed on the 2nd floor, took all the packaging away and even removed their shoes each time they carried something into the house. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
