I live in Queensland, Australia and the whole ordering process and delivery, superbly packaged, was a credit to Jones and Tomlin. My Solomon brass bed is beautiful. My husband and I were very pleased with the service experienced when in the store. They delivered the furniture exactly on the day given and the delivery men (Steve and Jamie) were very obliging (nice chaps).

Lewis was very helpful & attentive, & addressed my query / had it resolved all within 24 hours. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning to shop here again!

Amazing customer service from Simon and the drivers that delivered my elderly father’s mattress. My Dad found the original mattress he bought a month ago too hard as he suffers from sciatica and Simon and his team did their absolute best to recommend a more suitable mattress and it was delivered at no extra charge to my Dad the next week. Would highly recommend Jones & Tomlin. You can’t beat a family business for top quality customer service and the products are great quality too. Thank you.

Regretfully, my recent experience in Horsham was not great.
We were looking to replace our master bedroom bed, and spent around a an hour in the shop with a decent budget in mind.
The price of the bed which we chose however was wrongly marked - the price of the separate items was 10% cheaper than the whole, the rep couldn’t explain why.
A few days later, we received a parking charge. Be aware, the car parking signage is confusing - some signs say it’s free, others say it’s free only if you register your car. The signs for car registration are positioned in the shop, on the side wall so not immediately visible. Don’t expect staff to prompt you.
I don’t think we will be going back, the experience left a bitter taste.

What refreshingly efficient, customer focused, service. After having great difficulty trying to return an unsuitable purchase from Jones and Tomlin, using a well known parcel delivery and courier company, who took our money and failed to deliver, Jones and Tomlin came to our rescue. They organised their own courier and did not charge as we had already lost money. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.
