The Bed Shop Tamworth

I found this shop great value for money. They service was very helpful and made me feel very at ease. Would definitely shop here again was amazed to find my two single mattresses in store on a special offer. Saved me £100 over its competitors and the quality they offer was better. The equivalent pocket sprung single elsewhere was nearly £250 more expensive. Very happy indeed.

This is an excellent shop when looking for anything bed related. I !ove the fact everyone takes the time to understand what is required and then all the options are discussed, with prices, so that you end up making the right, informed, decision. They have an excellent range of beds, bases, frames, mattresses, pillows, so something that will suit all budgets. Their pricing is highly competitive, their customer service is second to none. I keep returning because I can't fault them. Long may they remain in the town because this is the type of business we need. Long may they flourish.

We are so glad we discovered this shop. On our visit we were extremely impressed with the customer service offered. Really friendly and knowledgable offering us lots of time and patience as we tried out the many beds on offer. The shop is deceptive and is really quite large, with plenty of beds to choose from at competitive prices. The mattress we chose was in stock and delivered one week later, at the precise time promised. Thank you very much - we will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

Bought a mattress here a few years ago because of a combination of the product, price, but mostly the really personal and honest customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, and I recommend this shop to everyone. I'm pleased to report that nothing has changed - today, I called to see if they had a spare slat for a bed frame as 1 had broken on a frame at home - they gave me 2!

We bought a bed frame from The Bed Shop and were impressed with the price and the speed of delivery. The men that delivered the bed also assembled it which was very much appreciated and went beyond our expectations.

Marvellous customer service. Went to shop at 3pm after making an on-line error with an order. New bed delivered at 5.30 on the same day !! I was particularly grateful as my son was sleeping on an air bed. Forget dreams and Bensons give this local shop your custom.
