Daughter bought this for me and can honestly see since having the duvet and topper I have never slept so well.
Not only does the duvet regulate my temperature but my asthma is so much improved I rarely need my inhaler. Apparently wool is dust mite resistant hence my improved breathing.

We purchased new duvets and pillows for our new bed and needed something that would adapt to our different body temperatures. The duvets keep us at a comfortable temperature throughout the night which has really helped to achieve a restful nights sleep. And the pillows, don’t get me started on the pillows.... they are like sleeping on clouds! Top notch products matched with top notch service.

Hard to put into words how good this company is. The products are exceptional, both in quality and comfort. I literally take my pillow with me everywhere I go (I've even taken it abroad) because I find it so comfortable.

We recently had an issue with our duvet after taking it to a laundrette, the laundrette said they had followed the instructions but the duvet had shrunk. I called up Urban Wool and spoke to the lovely director, he dealt with things in the most generous and professional manner.

It's without a doubt the best customer service I have encountered and they have some very loyal customers in me and my wife. All of our future bedding will be from this company!

Communication from David is fast and extremely helpful if you have any questions. Postage is just as fast. I ordered pillows and a topper and have only spent two nights with them on my bed but am already feeling the benefit. I suffered hip, shoulder and back pain due to an overly firm mattress and these have made a huge difference. Items are outstanding quality and I cannot recommend these products and this company highly enough. Will definitely be using again in the future. 5 stars does not express how happy I am.

Love the duvet we have from urban wool bedding: it is warm yet breathable. I was also drawn to the company because it uses organic British wool.
We had an issue with our dry cleaner shrinking our first duvet but as soon as I contacted David about it, he sorted out a replacement. Super customer service and a great product - highly recommended :)
