Donna was great throughout the process and very knowledgeable. We had purchased two semi fitted wardrobes and two new beds and mattresses very comfy good prices and we are over the moon.

The gents who fitted the wardrobes were very clean doing the job polite and friendly which was great.

Great service throughout the process and we will be always buying and bedding and wardrobes here for the foreseeable future.

Cannot recommend Perfect Dreams highly enough!

Had 3 beds from Perfect Dreams in the past couple of years, some ordered in Llandudno store, some over the phone. Absolutely great, professional and friendly Customer Service from all staff, both in person and over the phone, quality and price of their products and advice is excellent. We're on Merseyside and delivery from Llandudno/Colwyn Bay hasn't ever been a problem at all. We also opted to arrange for them to take the old beds away with them. Just recently ordered another bed, with Danielle - which was ready for delivery well before Christmas (despite various covid-19 regulations in Wales and England) - but unfortunately we had to delay this to after the holidays because of glitch at our end, but staff were brilliant in committing to rearrange delivery for us without problem. Thanks for such great, consistent service!!

A divan bed, firm mattress, delivered and assembled beautifully and so quickly. The mattress is made in the UK, great to see. Brilliant service, we really appreciated it. I would recommend this company over any other.
