Bensons for Beds Lincoln

Andrew, the salesman, patiently showed us all the beds in our price range, without a 'hard-sell' approach. We were also shown a bed that could be adjusted for 'soft, medium and firm' comfort ratings while we lay on it. This was very useful, too. After going home and discussing things, my wife soon went back to Bensons with our order. An excellent experience and a shop we can highly recommend.

Andrew in the Lincoln branch was incredibly helpful. He offered expert advice and gently guided me to make the right choice to suit my needs and budget. Got a bed from Benson's. Dave was amazing from the start. We had a problem with the mattress, saw Dave again and he sorted it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. Jamie also helped along the way too. Thank you very much to them both. Would definitely recommend!

After seeing an advertisement for a particular mattress, I went along to the Lincoln store to view it, there was a great layout with plenty of room to get around, the staff there were friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. I tried several mattresses whilst I was there getting information on them, when I finally made my mind up the staff went through convenient dates for a delivery. The whole process was quick and efficient without any pressure to purchase. My delivery arrived on time I was kept updated until the delivery was 15 minutes away which was very convenient for me to work around. Would definitely purchase from them again

Delivery van looked fit for collecting scrap not delivery of new beds and mattresses. Polythene wrapping was dirty and covered in dust. Goods placed on a brand new carpet, nothing put down to protect from dirty wrapping. We had to wipe clean the wrapping before removal, cloth used was black after use. One bed base wrapping had been torn and resealed with several strips of sellotape covering obvious damage to base fabric. Base fabric also damaged on opposite side. Date of delivery was the third date given, so having waited longer than expected and the receiving damaged goods we were best not pleased and will not recommend Benson to any one.

We visited the Lincoln store on tritton Road 3 times to try out, and compare beds and price's with other retailers, the sales team understood our requirements and without any pressure selling gave us valuable information, for us to make the correct decision, I liked the mattress sleep trial period it is a great idea just incase we did choose a mattress that is too soft

Delivery was delayed. Recommend if you buy something you get an expected delivery date before you commit.
