Firstly the sales rep was 30 minutes late and no apology, secondly she was blunt, rude and expected to sign off our quote that day. They then sent another sales rep who was better, although first impressions I wasn't entirely convinced on sharps but we had been given a recommendation.... unfortunately this has not lived up to standards on any part!
Finally they did not check the designs and built the wrong cupboards. I thought it was a joke when I finally saw the final design.
WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.
Quality controller who was sent to check tried to convince me that it is ok !

not be built for a number of reasons. He drew up an alternative wardrobe which was not what I wanted and was much smaller than the original design for the same price. I said that I did not want to proceed and have called and emailed to ask for my deposit back but have seen no sign of it yet. Really hoping it arrives soon as this is an expensive company and the service they have offered has been extremely poor.
And the worst thing is before them we had an ikea wardrobe not fitted, who took a lot less place and had a lot more room inside.....
As a summary for the price we paid the service and quality isn't there. I wouldn't recommend them.
I’ve never met someone like her before and this is the first time.
Thanks to this designer Ms M gave us such an unforgettable experience today.
She came to our place today for some measurements and quoted us around £10k for some fitted wardrobe. She did gave us some discount and want us to decide immediately! Honestly it’s already over our budget. So my husband and I would like to discuss and considering not doing another wardrobe for the upstairs room. We told her we need a day to consider. But the designer wasn’t happy and asking us to decide now. We are unable to decide immediately as it’s not a small amount of money to spend on. She started packing her stuff, showing us her angry face and telling us we were wasting her time. We as a customer have the rights to decide what we want and not by pushing us to close the deal. At least pay us some respect.
I was shocked with her bad attitude and it’s really unacceptable.
We love the quality and design from Sharps Bedrooms but I’m so sorry to say we are really disappointed with the service provided by your designer Ms M.
