HORRIFIC customer service and company from first appointment through to build. The whole process was a complete nightmare.

Firstly the sales rep was 30 minutes late and no apology, secondly she was blunt, rude and expected to sign off our quote that day. They then sent another sales rep who was better, although first impressions I wasn't entirely convinced on sharps but we had been given a recommendation.... unfortunately this has not lived up to standards on any part!

Finally they did not check the designs and built the wrong cupboards. I thought it was a joke when I finally saw the final design.

WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Waste of money, faulty design, amateur fitter, material bad coating , taking 4 month to rectify and still handles not level! Drawers need superman to open them !
Quality controller who was sent to check tried to convince me that it is ok !

extremely poor customer service no willing to help and behave very arrogantly. The process itself takes ages from the designer to come if he comes to actual installation to be completed. The designer did not come for the 1st appointment due to glitch in the system and I had to call to investigate why. Nobody from this company called to notify nor to apologies. Then my address was recorded in the system incorrectly and the office only updated at the very end of the processes, so the designer, survey, delivery and installer were coming to the wrong address and had to call me to find out where I am. When installer came for the first time, he realized that not all parts were delivered, so another delivery and another installer had to be organised again. And all this hassle for simple chest of draws...The people, who did the job and the quality of the furniture is good, but amount of inconvenience and stress caused for this "premium service" is not worth it.

Very poor service. The designer (salesman) drew up plans for a wardrobe but when the surveyor visited (several weeks later and almost two hours late for his appointment) he told me that the wardrobe that had been designed could
not be built for a number of reasons. He drew up an alternative wardrobe which was not what I wanted and was much smaller than the original design for the same price. I said that I did not want to proceed and have called and emailed to ask for my deposit back but have seen no sign of it yet. Really hoping it arrives soon as this is an expensive company and the service they have offered has been extremely poor.

I had some fitted wardrobes, when they printed the document we pointed out something we would like to change. The sales person said "oh it's only an estimation it won't be like that"... but it was built like that. So when we complained and the sharps representative was very apologetic and said that we did sign for it....
And the worst thing is before them we had an ikea wardrobe not fitted, who took a lot less place and had a lot more room inside.....
As a summary for the price we paid the service and quality isn't there. I wouldn't recommend them.

Great, friendly staff who were fabulous at answering my many questions and made the time to show me around all the features and finishes of the wardrobes. Would highly recommend a visit if you're looking at purchasing a sharps unit.

Extremely bad attitude designer!
I’ve never met someone like her before and this is the first time.
Thanks to this designer Ms M gave us such an unforgettable experience today.
She came to our place today for some measurements and quoted us around £10k for some fitted wardrobe. She did gave us some discount and want us to decide immediately! Honestly it’s already over our budget. So my husband and I would like to discuss and considering not doing another wardrobe for the upstairs room. We told her we need a day to consider. But the designer wasn’t happy and asking us to decide now. We are unable to decide immediately as it’s not a small amount of money to spend on. She started packing her stuff, showing us her angry face and telling us we were wasting her time. We as a customer have the rights to decide what we want and not by pushing us to close the deal. At least pay us some respect.
I was shocked with her bad attitude and it’s really unacceptable.
We love the quality and design from Sharps Bedrooms but I’m so sorry to say we are really disappointed with the service provided by your designer Ms M.

We booked a home design appointment some weeks ago and it was due to take place today at 13:30. After declining an offer to extend our holiday by a few days due to the appointment, as we were travelling home we received an email at approximately 16:00 yesterday to say our appointment had been cancelled due to the design consultant not being available. When we questioned this and expressed our dissatisfaction we were then sent another email telling us the appointment had to be cancelled due to the bank holiday on Monday. We’ve been lied to and hugely inconvenienced by sharps, safe to say we will be going elsewhere for our new wardrobes!
