If the fitter hadn't been so good I would have given them zero stars!

Shocking installation by Hammonds wardrobes.
Poor fitment, poor customer service.
Do not use.
We have damaged doors and shelves.
Absolutely shocking workmanship

We ordered a wardrobe for our newborn’s room, and we thought we would get a great service based on all the positive reviews we saw about this company. They sent a surveyor first who took the measurement, then the day of fitting we noticed that they left a visible gap between the wardrobe and the wall (as shown in the pictures below), although in the design they sent us and we agreed on it was shown to be wall to wall. We tried to phone them to ask if they could fix this mistake, they pushed back blaming us for not checking the surveyor’s measurement which were wrong and they kept referring to a clause in their contract relieving them from any fault or damage they caused including incorrectly fitting the wardrobe. After hours of arguing, we agreed to pay again for them to send someone who fixed it in less than two hours proving that the job should have been completed properly in the first place. I do not recommend this company given this terrible incident and we canceled our plans to use them to fit the wardrobes in the rest of the bedrooms.

Anne was super friendly and helpful. She answered all the questions we had and as a result we have gone from just browsing for new wardrobe ideas to booking in a free home quote visit next weekend, so thank you Anne.

Came purposely to get some idea for our walk in wardrobe and Anne was very friendly and helpful. She has showed me the different design of the wardrobe that available and colours so I have an idea before the visit. Thanks Anne for the ideas you have been given so far.

Ann was very helpful in the showroom, , has arranged an appointment for me on Saturday, showed me some options of which I would like, very pleasant lady to talk to.

Spoke to Anne and she is very friendly and helpful. Also met Mike the designer who is very patient and gave us lots of advise in designing the flat.

We have a fitted wardrobe from Hammonds which we got 20 years ago that we are very pleased with so we went into Bentals to look at the current range for another room. Anne was very helpful and knowledgeable about the range showing us lots of options. We have now organised a meeting with a designer.
