Really poor customer service - it's 2020 people

- no introduction when met at home "I'm from Sharps.." Shall I call you sharpie then?
- had to tell him to remove his shoes on 2 occasions
- would not answer questions whilst measuring (what's that about?)
- Acted 'shocked' and 'suprised' at what we wanted.
- when leaving, no 'thank you for your time..' just'bye'

It might just be a one-off, but this bloke had no charm/charisma/desire to serve you the best possible customer service experience.

I work in customer service and am very disappointed.

Can't recommend Sharps I'm afraid

Still waiting on my fitting, was told delivery on the 9 Mar 2020, phoned as no communication to be told it would be the following day.. fitting scheduled for 12th Mar only to get a call saying not coming ( apparently fitter sick... ) sorry but that doesn't help me. I cannot get any more time off from work. Where does that leave me????

Nice stuff but hard to get a price on anything without salesperson visiting your home...
Heard from friends how that goes so will have to find somewhere that will give me a budgetary price.
