Bensons for Beds

Unfortunately this branch employs crooks. Their customer service is awful and as soon as you pay for the mattress they don't care and if there is an issue (which we experienced) they will do there hardest to not refund, exchange or find out why they delivered the wrong mattress. I had to threaten to get trading standards involved before they reluctantly refunded me in full. Please avoid these guys and go to a competitor.

THE WORST EXPERINCE!! Avoid at any costs! Firstly the customer service is terrible. They delivered our beds twice and both times they were not what we wanted! Completely wrong order! Once you pay then they don't care any more about you! We bought the matterss topper separately and when they came to pick up the wrong bed they said we have to take the mattress topper as well whereas that belonged to us and they promised they will send us another one in 2 days, 5 days didn't hear from them. Called them and they denied that matress topper is ours! THEY ARE SO RUDE!! Believe me pay more if you have to but don't even step in their shop because I am still stressed over their attitude and how they treated us! Never seen and never will see anyone like them again! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

Shockingly bad customer service! We bought a sofa bed before Christmas which broke after the first use and are still waiting for a refund at Easter. I have had to call customer service call centre 2 or 3 times now and am on hold for an hour before I can speak to anyone and they never return your calls. How Benson for Beds are still in business after treating paying customers which such contempt is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

This is the second time that I have bought a bed from Bensons in Fulham and I have been so impressed by their customer service and their products. I was particularly impressed by the service we received from Mo, who was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely lovely. He took his time to talk us through everything and it made a real difference to our experience. I strongly recommend Bensons and their in-store service.

Team is absolutely lovely (special shoutout to Ruhul at Wandsworth Bridge store for his patience and brilliant advice with helping me choose the right mattress). I had an issue with my delivery as mattress wouldn’t fit through my low ceilings and narrow stairs. The customer service team were able to talk me through the options and then Ruhul helped me reselect in-store. I am looking forward to my new delivery, I cannot be grateful enough and would highly recommend.

Execellent services from Mo the store manager, not once but twice been in there to shop. Excellent quality of beds and mattress. I did pop into dreams next door however I had to come back as the quality was brilliant 👏
