I bought one of their bed frames elsewhere and ended up not getting the extension legs with the bed. Contacted the company and would have been happy to pay for the legs, but they were absolutely brilliant and sent them to be free of charge.
I will definitely go to them direct the next time I'm looking for a new bed. Thank you again! :)

Very pleasant delivery men and whole delivery experience, from booking to arrival, efficient. Extremely pleased with the bed (Harrison). Had prevaricated for some time over purchasing online unseen, but have no regrets. The bed is well-built, sturdy, looks very good and there is no movement once put together. Would definitely recommend and purchase again from this company.

Beautiful quality bed. Helpful customer service - they found a bed for immediate delivery when online the wait time was 6 weeks. Well packaged for delivery. Easy to esemble and looks great!

We first bought the Edwardian double in gloss ivory, so impressed with the looks and qaulity,
Once the second bedroom was decorated we looked for another bed, liked so many ,we eventually choose a King size Timolin in gloss ivory, looks suberb, really has complimented the room. Great service and a excellent bed

The ordering process was straightforward. The staff at the Original Bed Co were helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery process was excellent. The bed is in our spare room, looks great and no adverse comments from our visitors, in fact the contrary!
