Dreams Stevenage

Of all the bed shops in Stevenage I found this one the most helpful with the Manager named Roy answering all my questions. The store presents types of mattresses in an easy to understand manner and have a wide variety of bedframe styles on offer. Prices seemed the most reasonable of all the bed shops in Stevenage.

Having booked an appointment for a specific time, came to the store to be "welcomed" by the rudest blonde woman I've ever met. She point blank refused to offer any advice or assistance because our bed was from IKEA. We specified that we knew that a double mattress would fit and she would not let us look around or buy one - even though we saved up and was ready to buy there and then.

We raised her rudeness with her directly and she said she wasn't - she was just really knowledgeable.

Well we went to Mattressman and bought a double mattress on the day and it fitter fine into the bed. She was just plain wrong and cost the business valuable customers and your reputation. If this is how you treat paying customers, I will ensure that everyone I speak to hears about my experience with Dreams.

Jade was incredibly friendly and made us feel a valued customer from the moment we entered the store. The sleepmatch was very impressive and the beds it recommended were ideal. Although not the biggest bed retail store, it was by far the best experience locally.

Excellent service and products! Sleeping machine in store scanned my body and was able to choose the best mattress for us according to our sleeping patterns and expectations. We ended up with a beautiful bed, super comfortable mattress and bedside cabinets and new pillows. The manager and shopping assistant could not have been more friendly and the store is kept very clean and safe. I will be back!

Most of the staff were pleasant and accepted that we were just looking at the options available. One older guy was VERY condescending though. He was talking to us like we were naughty school children, insisting that we MUST know our budget and what type of mattress we want. We made up some answers to shut him up and then he started the hard sell going on about the sale ending soon. That's not how your make sales. Needless to say, we've bought our bed elsewhere.

We were served by Paige and Graeme. Both were very pleasant and polite. Very helpful with our purchases. Would definitely recommend Dreams Stevenage.

Horrible experience today 12-Oct-2021 12:00 AM

Our matters was delivered today. We requested for choice of room delivery as the mattress is king size not possible for me to move. I have a 7 months old and kindly requested delivery guys to cover the dirty shoes as we have carpet in our bedroom upstairs. Delivery guy rudely responded that he cant remove shoes as it is a company policy. was not even ready to cover the dirty shoe with plastic cover. left the mattress in our porch and it is going to rain. Horrible!!!!!
THE CUSTOMER CARE asked for extra £38 if we they send them back to help me with moving the mattress.
I thought they are good company selling such expensive mattresses , how so sad customer services. I regret purchasing from them. even purchased the warranty, i thought they are good.
