Staff was helpful to show and explain about the product. Very welcoming. Store was clean and display kept clean. Bed and mattress are not something bought frequently but would definitely visit if needed one. Thanks.

Helped by Tina in store. Very patient, genuine customer service - less so feeling like another number to make a sale on, more so feeling like a human who has to make a very expensive, important decision! Nothing was too daft to ask, and our time was never rushed. Tina spoke informatively, but without intimidation - quite different to a usual sales experience!

We have had a positive experience from being helped with the product, and the delivery. All was done on time, the staff both in the shop and delivering were great. Good Job.

Bensons for beds Farnborough branch have been brilliant, I have had a lot of problems with my delivery and trying to get the correct item delivered but the store are always helpful and are easy to get hold of. Unfortunately the company needs to work on their delivery department, the drivers are rude and they do not keep you updated on your order. Trying to get hold of the main customer service line is verging impossible. If it wasn’t for how unbelievably helpful the staff at the farnborough branch are I would definitely have cancelled my order by now.

Soon to be going into month 5 waiting for our bed and mattress to be delivered. We was told the bed would be delivered within 3 weeks and have had the delivery date change several times.
Been to shop a numbers of times to be told they will chase and ring us back with a date. Our last visit a lady agreed that this wasn’t ok, and went to fetch the manager we overheard the conversation his response was just give there money back and get them out the shop as it’s busy. I luckily didn’t hear this my wife did and told me a little while after, if I did everyone in the shop would of known my thoughts of him and his service. I will put a complaint in with head office, I’ll let you know there response next year probably. Shambles of a place

I’m store great, but the company as a whole is an utter disgrace. Avoid at al costs. Four delayed delivery dates with different excuses each time and impossible to contact once they have said the delivery is going to be late. It’s always you’ll be contacted in 24 hours but it never happens. On hold with customer service for an hour for the 4th time it’s a sham

Bought an expensive bed from Bensons at Farnborough a few weeks ago. Delivered without the USB sockets. Today two technicians came to fit the usb's. They didn't bring all the kit they needed. When challenged said, "We don't load our van". A call to the office brought nothing other than a hollow apology. No time when the job would be completed. Complain to Bensons, they offer £100 Bensons voucher or £50 back on card. Why would a voucher suffice, would I buy from a company who haven't provided the goods. £50 negotiated to 75. Bensons blame the company who supply the goods, essentially not their fault they say. I blame Bensons, the supply company and the technicians who don't load their own van. I hope they havent forgot a bed or two. When asked I don't say I got the bed from a supply company I say Bensonswho clearly are happy to pass responsibility onto others awful service and not yet resolved
