Great store, nice layout, friendly staff.

You should have delivered the correct item to me. Due to incompetence at the warehouse, I only had the base of my bed delivered and no mattress on March 16th. Yesterday (25th April) was arranged as the date for my mattress to finally arrive but your delivery drivers turned up with another bed base. I am only giving 1 star as 0 stars is not an option.

Let customer know if the delivery isn't arriving on scheduled day, so it doesn't waste their day. Only found out because I rang my local store and they could tell me what's going on they then rearranged it all for me and told me when it was next due to come. We had no time idea at all turned up at 740 am and then were told they can't take it to pur 2nd floor bedroom , when we told pur store and they said it'll be ok. After lots of persuading because I can't help my other half ... my spine is fused they dis it for us. To be honest apauling , and I was left chasing around all the time. Now we're expected to pay full price for something that was such a shambles

My brother ordered a bed ,mattress and bed head early October, delivery confirmation.ed for Nov 1st after 12 striped off bed ready for new bed and collection of old. Recieved phone call after 12 to say no mattress available then got a call from driver later to say5 minutes away brother told him to take it back to warehouse and deliver order complete he said it may take six weeks to redeliver had to remake bed awaihope tha
