Mattress never arrived twice, their nationwide customer services were pretty useless but this store was fairly helpful in getting an order cancellation done.

7 weeks later we’re now sleeping in an Emma Mattress and should have done this in the first place.

Safe to say there isn’t space in mine and my partners lives for Bensons again, but at least we had a full refund.

Avoid. The initial experience in the store was good, but had to wait months for mattress, had promised delivery slot and didn't arrive. You have to speak to customer services not the store, called several times and was 72nd in the queue once! Not at all surprised the customer service line is so busy! Have to be honest, the service is abysmal.

Delivery scheduled 7-1, heard nothing at all. Tried to contact customer services after 1, but met with a you are 76th in the queue. Rang store, very helpful but said unable to help. Went back to sitting in the call queue, which was going down about 1 every minute or so. Finally got a call from driver at 2:15 saying only just leaving depot and would be with us between 3&4. Driver and mate where excellent, no problems with them at all. Why no call to advise of delay, not acceptable when spending almost £3,000

Worst experience ever of a delivery, I was told I had a morn slot between 7-1 so was waiting the whole time and no update on the time, tried to call and get some advice, and could not get through on them, it was awful, so I sent an email and someone called me, and she didn’t help me at all and I asked if she could call and ask the driver and she said she wasn’t able to, this just didn’t seem right. I waited in until 1:30 and went out on a visit I was meant to be on all day, I had a call about 2pm from a driver who gave no apology and said it had been an awful day and they were so behind, so why not let me know? I had to arrange someone else to take delivery for me, I was so very unhappy and disappointed.

My bed turned up without a mattress, I have 60 minutes notice of this shortage. After 2 days I was told it would be another 6 weeks to arrive, I escalated through shop staff and reduced to 2 weeks, 2nd delivery was 6 hours late and I wasn’t available. Third delivery attempt was successful!

If you ever want to actually get the bed delivered don’t bother going to Bensons for Beds. Ordered in April - multiple delivery dates cancelled at short notice, still waiting in July. Multiple and conflicting excuses (which were not consistent) Order cancelled because I don’t believe it would ever have arrived.
The staff in store were knowledgeable and not pushy but that’s no good if the product never actually arrives.

Customer services awful, kept being told my bed was on it way it wasn’t left a mother and baby sleeping in the floor. Won’t give me compensation and ignore all attempts to contact you! Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional!

Very helpful staff sorted us out with a bed that was just right, but unfortunately we had to cancel order as had 4 failed delivers
