If there was an option for less than 1 star I'd have chosen that. Thoroughly disgusted with the service received here. The staff member that took our order over the phone got totally the wrong address and didn't add contact details so the delivery drivers couldn't contact us. Order was returned and first I knew of this was when I phoned the store who couldn't trace my order as it wasn't under my address! Re delivery arranged for following week, confirmation text received with time and then on the day a phone call saying my mattress was not on the delivery Larry. 2 weeks wasted and still no mattress! Furious and will NEVER use this company again.

We've always had good service in here over the past four years. We've had two beds and two wardrobes off them and they've served us well. There is always good value to be had when there's a sale on. They do delivery, but you need to arrange assembly separately (they will recommend someone on request, who in my experience is very reliable). It can take a while to get served at weekends. And you might have to wait a few weeks for delivery. But these are reliable people and it's a store I never hesitate to go back to.
