I recently purchased a bed frame and underbed storage drawers from Nodax and can honestly say that I received first class customer service, of the highest standards, from start to finish. Incredibly helpful, prompt and friendly responses to my numerous enquiries (thank you Magda!) and I couldn't be any more happier with my purchase. The furniture that Nodax supplies is of the highest quality with free delivery! The delivery driver was also very helpful and even assembled the bed at no extra charge. A rare thing these days! What more could you ask for?! Definitely worth the money and definitely 5 Stars Plus!

I bought a single bed frame directly from Nodax website, the customer service is excellent and quick in response.
I found the bed frame quite sturdy, easy to assemble and everything overall is well thought out.
Also, the option of Saturday delivery is quite the deal specially for weekdays working people like me.

I discovered Nodax via Etsy, and am very pleased with the bed I purchased (so much so that I’ve now ordered the bedside tables!). The bed shipped quickly, was easy to put together, and is very sturdy. Really pleased with the high quality of goods from this company.

I've recently placed my second order from Nodax which is a small double of the Kingsize I ordered 3 years ago. It's great to see that the quality is still there and hasn't been taken away from their products and customer service is still top notch.

These beds are made to last and are completely worth an extra £50/60 to the typical ones you see in Argos or Ikea and the quality screams from the wood they use in comparison. Once built, they're completely sturdy and they come with more slats than most beds, so you can ensure you're getting your moneys worth.

There was a minor issue with my order which I messaged late on Saturday night, and I received a response first thing Sunday morning which was completely unexpected, but am incredibly happy this issue was resolved in a professional and incredibly fast manner.

Bought a bed frame via Etsy (it was on sale so not available direct), couldn't be happier. Simple design in solid pine = affordable and sturdy, very quickly delivered and easily assembled. I'll definitely be looking here first for future furniture purchases.

BED FRAME

The bed frame itself is a very solid and sturdy wooden one that meets the standards and my expectations. It’s needless to say that all seller claims are exactly as advertised. Based on my requirements, it meets my requirements for a bed frame, and I must say that it’s beyond any expectation. You don’t need to do anything else apart from just assemble it and put it in your place of preference. As simple as that.

ASSEMBLY

Indeed, the bed frame comes in three packages. However, that makes no complication as all of them are properly defined and the assembly instructions are very clear and straightforward. Even myself being a person that rarely uses tools, I’ve found the whole process easy and within reasonable time. I just had a small multi-screw tool and the Allen/Hex key provided by the seller. No specific skills required, and you don’t have to be a handyman or a tradesperson to do it.

DELIVERY – LOGISTICS

I’ve read comments related to the delivery. Indeed, the first two packages came on time – no other delay. I’ve contacted the customer support, and they’ve assured me that they will follow up and will update me with regards to the third package delivery. The whole communication was excellent, and I was constantly being updated. Finally, the third package came on the next day, before lunch break. Personally, I don’t think that this is something to complain about. Nowadays, most of the delivery companies face challenges and I believe that we need to understand that some logistics might take a little bit more time while we sit at our homes or offices and wait. So, yeah…don’t lose your sleep over it. People are doing their best and put all their effort into delivering our orders.

COST – VALUE FOR MONEY

Initially, I was looking to buy this specific bed frame about 2-3 weeks prior to my order and was disappointed to find that the price has gone up. However, after doing a bit of research to the other companies with similar products I ended up to the conclusion that most of them, if not all, have increased their prices. So, I took some time and thought that this may be normal now. Indeed, it was (and probably still is). Inflation, recession, and the country's economy not in good shape now are among other factors to consider when you observe a price increase. I’m not saying that it’s a good thing and we need to get used to it. I’m sure the economy will get better, and things will improve. Until then, we need to consider that because due to all these factors, the manufacturers/sellers/suppliers need to keep up so that they can still be in the market. We are all trying to save money and that’s a good thing during these difficult times. But a £30 increase that makes it £10 more expensive compared to its competitors doesn’t mean that you should reject it. You’re buying a bed frame that we all want to last for a very long time.

SELLER COMMUNICATION – RESPONSIVENESS

Whatever doubts that I may have, have been cleared by the communication with the seller. They’re very responsive. It took them just under 15 minutes to respond to my Amazon message which I found very helpful. No delayed responses at all. Their approach, follow up and updates are outstanding. I think it's very important to support local or family businesses in the country. Despite various geopolitical, financial, and pandemic issues that we all may face, they’re keeping the whole procedure at a very high standard. At this point, I’d like to thank them for their support and wish them to thrive in the near future. Also, to the person that communicated with me, I’d like to additionally thank you, keep up the excellent work that you do (I don’t need to name you..you know who you’re).

They say action speaks louder than words…so, if it meets your requirements, don’t think about it. Just buy it!
