Bensons for Beds

This company is a Comedy of Errors. First delivery the van turned up with no bed.Second delivery correct headboard wrong base.Third delivery lorry had a leak divan base wet no delivery. No more chances want a refund and they can collect what they have delivered incorrectly. I could never recommend this company.

We ordered our bed over 3 weeks ago and had a delivery date 6th September
We received text confirmation of delivery on the 4th September and got rid of our bed ready for our new one on th 5th September only to receive a phone call at 4.30pm saying there was a problem and our bed would not be hear until 26th September UNBELIEVABLE !
I was promised a call from Benson customer services within 48 hours NEVER HAPPENED !
I have severe back problems and decided to invest in a electric riser bed at a cost of over £3000
We are now sleeping on a air mattress on the floor !

Tried to pressure me into buying a product I was uncertain on and tried to take advantage of the fact that it is almost Christmas to sway my decision to complete the purchase even though I had made it clear I was concerned about incurring charges. When I did cancel my order the members of staff had a horrible attitude and refused to look at me while speaking to me.

Excellent in store service. I didn't recive any contact and had to call to find out if my delivery was am or pm (you said I'd be contacted 48hours prior) On arrival, though the mattress was in a plastic cover it was placed on the wet floor by the van meaning that was carried into the house.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff at local store. Delivery driver in contact on day of delivery. There was a hold up on motorway and he kept in touch and delivered with a cheery smile and both crew took the mattress upstairs carefully.

Having spent nearly £2,000 on a bed, I'd expect it to be assembled upon delivery. When we asked the delivery guys where the bed feet were, we were told they were within the drawers. When we looked, they weren't, they had fallen inside the frame of the bed, which made retrieving them a faff. We were also expecting two pillow sets as part of the offer, these were not delivered and we have yet to receive them 2 days later.

Absolutely fantastic, the sales team were brilliant getting us the prices for our bedroom furniture and dealing with all the paperwork. Very friendly and talkative. We felt we had known them for years not a few minutes. I would recommend the team at lichfield to anybody. We will certainly be going there again in the future. We were impressed by the quality and range of beds available. Vicky did a marvellous job of looking after us.
