I gave it a star because the customer service was terrible. I walked in and looked around and asked for a catalogue only to be looked at rudely and told to visit the website even though there were piles of catalogues there. I explained that i was planning on redecorating and wanted something tangible to create ideas. After what felt like i had to prove i was worthy of a catalogue i was given one. Left feeling disappointed
