Very happy with my new mattress and bed frame. There's a good range on display on the shop. My order was delayed a bit due to the pandemic but they were always responsive and helpful, the after-sales support was great.

They have a comprehensive selection of mattresses to try, the staff are really helpful and polite, without being in your face or over attentive. The prices are really good, they offer 0% finance and installment payments as well as a price match. If you are looking for a new mattress or bed, try this place BEFORE anywhere else. We wasted hours in John Lewis and Dreams, that we can never have back, before trying Belfast Beds on a recommendation.

Very helpful advice in the store and great service. Five days after we ordered the bed, we had a message that it was ready for delivery and seven days after that, the bed arrived.

If you're ordering from Northern Ireland please do not order from this site. I ordered a bed away back in September and it took 2months to arrive and then delivered wrong size base. They also appear out of the blue and do not give you any prior notice when they are delivering so that's not too helpful. Anyways they told me to use the base till the right one was to arrive but again out of the blue they just came and lifted the double base and haven't left me with the right one. For the money I paid this isn't good enough.

Bought 3 beds and mattresses from them. They delivered but the parts weren't complete and a wrong-sized mattress was brought. They have not contacted me to rectify the problem. It's been 4 weeks since payment.
