A big thank you for my order of sheets and mattress protector, which arrived last night. I am so pleased with them - they are quite the nicest things I have ever slept on. The fit is generous and quality is excellent, so soft and luxurious. They are simply the best I have ever purchased and will certainly be using you again. Your customer service is also excellent. Warwick has been lovely and helpful on what turned out to be a rather complicated order. The items which were not off the shelf and were custom made due to the very large size of my bed, we separated out from the stock items and having the two deliveries was very useful. Fantastic quality and exactly what I was hoping for.

Ordered Bed linen which was to take 8 weeks to be delivered. I phone after 4 weeks as I had not revived an invoice or conformation of my order. They said my order would be delivered in the next 2 weeks. I phone after the 2 weeks to see went it was been delivered. The answer I got was very short I could cancel my order if I wished. but was assured that my order would be delivered by the 8 weeks. 8 weeks had passed and no delivery. Phoned again and asked to speak to the manager who told me that the order was not made yet and would be not be ready for at least 2 more weeks and if I was not happy with that, I could go and see my solicitor. They take your money on day one, and 9 weeks later I still do not have the colours I wanted and still no invoice or recite.

We got our bed just over a year ago and we absolutely love it, to the point where we miss it when we sleep anywhere else. My husband has never had a bed long enough for him, and consequently I (also tall) get pushed to a corner in a standard bed- this bed really has changed our lives! The quality is very high and the customer service has been excellent, we would highly recommend them.

Besides the team being extremely helpful on every phone call, through to delivery and aftercare, amazing customer service and helping to secure a bespoke order for delivery before Christmas....the new bed and mattress is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Why did we not get one 35years ago - why have we been suffering all these years. After consistently having disturbed nights from aches and pains, discomfort I've finally started to sleep through the night....first time in over 15 years! The comfort is an absolute delight and I look forwards to sleeping! Bizarre to say, but my usual dread of "how bad a night is it going to be tonight" is now well in the past. Well worth the money, and I have recommended it so many times to family and friends. Thank you so much for a fabulous product, outstanding quality and brilliant customer service.

If you're in the market for a bespoke emporer sized bed at a relatively good price: this place is a must. The Google driving instructions are accurate: you come to a gated car park, Press the button on the wooden fence to the right to get in. It's a pity it's a bit tricky to get in: the staff are very helpful, and it's really important to try out the beds to find the right one. Very happy.

Very poor, poor service compared to other mattress companies (who provide a bag to put your old mattress in & then carry it from wherever it is in your house outside for you), I am on my own & not able to carry my existing mattress down ONE flight of stairs, but they refuse to help me carry it down the stairs siting Covid as the reason. Bizarrely they are happy to bring the new mattress upstairs to the room the old mattress has to be removed from ! I guess you can only catch Covid if you are going down stairs not up. Totally ridiculous reasoning, I suggested gloves and a mask to enter the house but no they still won't help, despite the fact they are touching the mattress to put it into their van & unload it at the other end. If you want good service don't buy from this company.
